Coronavirus Prevention Policy

We are following the strict protocols given by the Government as per the alert levels, to keep our customers and team safe.

Additionally, the following measures are also being taken - 

1. Contactless deliveries

To ensure your safety, the delivery agent will leave the package at your doorstep, ring the door bell and then move back. 

2. Substitutes

In case the product you ordered has close expiry date or is unavailable, our customer care team will call you and provide an alternative. It is entirely your choice to opt for it or not. 

3. No return and replacements

Due to health and safety, we are not taking any returns and replacements during the coronavirus fear time. This will restart once we are in alert level 1.

4. Delivery time

Our team is doing their best to dispatch with in 24 hours. But this period may increase due to heavy workload and unforeseen circumstances.   

 We can get through this time together!
