  1. Soak Basmati rice of about 500g in water for a continuous 20-minute interval

  2. Marinate chicken of about 500g by cutting it into small pieces. Preserve it in a blend of garlic ginger paste, lemon juice, yoghurt and salt, for 30 long minutes.

  3. Take 120ml of cooking oil in a pan to fry 150g of chopped onions and 200g of peeled potatoes in it.

  4. Add MDH Bombay Biryani Masala into the mixture after chopping 200g of tomatoes and mixing it well.

  5. Add the meat cubes and 3 cups water to cook it on simmer for 20 long minutes. Cook it until the meat becomes tender and add it in layers to a pan of rice.
