- First of all, you need to cut and clean half kg fish. Salt it as well and set it aside for now.
- Secondly, add 30 grams of coconut powder to a half cup of water. Add half teaspoon worth of turmeric powder, salt and 20 grams of MDH Fish Masala. Stir and mix it well until it has a uniform colour.
- Thirdly, add to this mixture 120 grams of red onions. Sauté these in 30 gram oil or ghee. Continue till the onions have a golden brown colour.
- Next, you need to add to this the coconut mixture. Add 200 ml water and stir.
- Simmer the mixture until the sauce has been reduced to half. Keep stirring.
- Finally, add the fish and simmer till the fish is tender.
